BUNKERS AND HOPPERS

We design and manufacture bunkers, hoppers and walking floors for storing, dosing and smoothly feeding material into downstream technologies. Every solution is adapted to the properties of the processed material, the required capacity and the specific conditions of the plant.

We manufacture our hoppers and bunkers in all commonly required designs and configurations according to:

  • chain strength (M 56 kN, M 112 kN, M 224 kN),
  • conveyor belt type,
  • belt mounting method,
  • sealing type,
  • required load,
  • operational use and capacity of the equipment.


Individual structural design

Every bunker or hopper is designed for maximum functionality, reliability and a long service life.

Available designs include:

  • one or more dosing drums,
  • openable front/end walls,
  • rubber and PVC belts or steel slats,
  • special technical equipment according to the needs of the plant.


The structure can also be prepared for the installation of weighing load cells. Individual bunkers and hoppers can likewise be connected to a control or automation system.
